THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2019- The Sophisticated Gentleman is a an upscale cigar and whiskey lounge coming soon to Old City, Philadelphia. It won’t be just a typical cigar lounge, it will be more intimate and personalized service where we will be hosting speakers, art shows, book readings, charity events, etc. Owner, Michael Forrest, is excited to launch this new initiative in the city with the help of The Hot Kommodity, LLC.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2019- In addition to experiencing the premium signature event of notable chef tastings; premium spirits; live entertainment; and one of a kind auction items, The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation was excited to take guests 'Beyond,' with an exhibition showcasing the innovation and social impact of our transformative education programs and initiatives- all made possible through the generous support of donors, partners, and sponsors alike.

VidaFashionista and The Hot Kommodity joined forces to host our first Philly Influencer Mixer on Monday, May 13th at the new Photo Pop Philly location- in old city! We offered an exclusive sneak peek at the NEW Photo Pop location, served up some delicious alcohol-infused cupcakes from Philly Sweet Shotz and Quaker City Shrub Ciders. There were giveaway raffles for Smak Parlour, Alana Ferr and Estilo Dance Studio! It was the perfect intimate and inclusive event open specifically to our blogger network in Philly, NYC, NJ and more!

Brands To Believe In is hosted a Clean Beauty Event! On Sunday, October 7th, 2018 from 12-2pm, we celebrated at Love City Brewing at 1023 Hamilton street for a clean beauty event. We learned all about cosmetic and skincare companies who aim to STOP lacing our products with harmful toxins and chemicals (and also doing horrible things, like testing on animals).

The proceeds of the Golf Tournament will raise money for our 2018 Achievers Academy and support our new initiative the 'Achievers Golf Academy', which will be held at the Rock Manor Golf Club in Wilmington, Delaware during the Spring and Fall Semesters.
